Total Area of the Plot:
65,000 m² (Leased for 25 years, with a renewable option for an additional 25 years)

Tanks:

• Phase One: 17 tanks

• Phase Two: 24 tanks

Services Offered:
Storage, handling, repackaging, and related services for petrochemicals.

Products Managed:
Chemical and petrochemical products (Classes 1, 2, and 3).

Pipelines:

• Existing: One 12” stainless steel pipeline and three 3” pipelines for air, nitrogen, and water.

• Phase Two: One 12” MS pipeline and one 24” MS pipeline.

Existing Layout

The tank farm currently includes a total of 17 tanks with the following capacities:

• Tanks are manufactured according to API 650 standards (2018).

• 15 tanks are made of carbon steel (ASTM A 36), while 2 tanks are constructed from stainless steel.

Tank Capacities:

• 10 tanks at 1,768 cubic meters each (2 stainless steel tanks)

• 5 tanks at 2,896 cubic meters each

• 2 tanks at 5,728 cubic meters each

Total Capacity: 43,616 cubic meters
